Free physicals for returning Lawndale athletes.
$10 contribution graciously accepted.
Parent/Guardian required for signatures.
Download all paperwork from your team's web page. Complete and sign.
Times:
Fall sports from 7:30-9:00am - Football, Volleyball, Cheer, Cross country/Track
Winter sports from 8:00-10:00am - Boys/Girls Soccer, Boys/Girls Basketball
Spring sports from 9:00am-11:30- Softball, Baseball, Track/Cross country
Location: "L" classrooms (where the Foreign Language classes are held).
Please enter the Marine gate closest to the Metro station (also known as the Lloyde parking lot). Park there and enter campus through the gate. Follow the signs to check-in.
Parent/Guardian required - Print and complete all paperwork for your sport and bring it with you to the physical. Paperwork will also be available upon check-in.
Dress comfortably in athletic clothes.
